His passion is to support sustainable, fresh, and local food sources, when possible, and always seasonal. Everything is made from scratch!

Beehives

It’s all thanks to  Chef Pfeiffer’s brand-new honeybee hives. Over the last six months, Chef Pfeiffer has started an apprenticeship to learn about how to become a beekeeper and started three beehive colonies on-site at the FLIK-managed conference center & hotel.
