As we have just completed our April Board and Stockholders Meetings at the GCL, I wanted to comment on how much we enjoy hosting our high-level meetings at the facility. You make planning and executing a perfect meeting easy! Ana Francois, the Director of Conferences, helps us iron out all the small details and suggests appropriate revisions to the program if necessary.
Our attendees enjoy being able to stay on-site and walk through the private woods to the meeting. Ana is always there to greet our Executives when they arrive to check-in. All of the staff are very professional and go out of their way to assist.
The meeting space is modern, ergonomic, and very pleasant. The AV set-up is excellent. Zavier Berrios and John are always on stand-by to get us connected and mitigate any issues. We have not had any connection problems due to their diligence.
I don’t know how you are pulling off 5-star dinners for us! The chef and sommeliers are genius with such refined, elegant taste. The dinners are visually appealing with a flair for uniqueness. All the while being delicious! Even down to the staff meals, which are amazing too! Thanks for providing healthy options for us including vegetarian and allergy free choices.

I can’t say enough about how hospitable, friendly, and welcoming the staff was on all levels – from the front desk/check-in, the shuttle drivers, the dining rooms staff, the folks who stood outside during the storm and shoveled snow continuously. I am very impressed. This is probably the best hotel staff I’ve ever met.
