I can’t say enough about how hospitable, friendly, and welcoming the staff was on all levels – from the front desk/check-in, the shuttle drivers, the dining rooms staff, the folks who stood outside during the storm and shoveled snow continuously. I am very impressed. This is probably the best hotel staff I’ve ever met.
