An oasis for learning 1 hour away from NYC Attended a transformative leadership program hosted by a third party and conducted here at the IBM Center for Learning. Every room had a view of the foliage in the forest outside that was super conducive to reading my business cases, books, and for my reflection.

I have not had such consistently good food, especially the vegetarian and fish dishes were delicious. And healthy - my body was being primed for learning and performing. The staff were always genuine, kind, and helpful. Towards the end I realized that I was also being referred to by my first name.

This is a special place for learning.

Unbelievably Outstanding I absolutely cannot believe the quality of service, food, amenities, etc. I hope I get the privilege to stay here again. Thank you all very much for the work you put in to provide us all such outstanding service.

Excellent service! Excellent service! The environment was so conducive to productivity that I became completely immersed in my work — time flew by without me even noticing. The food and service were both delightful. The location was convenient, with all essential amenities within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

Simply…Perfect Everything was crisp, professional, and facilitating for my stay for a series of meetings.

The room was of nice size with a comfortable bed, fully working TV wth a full selection of channels (not a given everywhere), good sized desk with alot of outlets/usb plugs, and spacious shower.

Meals were excellent not Le Cremelliere, a mere ~20 mies away (or used to be!) but fit for purpose. The waitstaff were attentive but not smothering.

Great environment First class service and great environment for meetings or training. Very well thought out campus. Meeting area very short walk from rooms, wooded campus provided a clam, resort like feel.

IBM Gersten Center for Learning I recently attended a conference at this facility. I loved everything about it! The facility itself and the grounds surrounding it are beautiful, serene, and peaceful. The staff members were amazing! So friendly and helpful going above and beyond. It would be nice to see them add a swimming pool, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the rooms but other than it was a great experience to stay at this facility .

Amazing Staff and Facilities Everyone at IBM Learning Center, from the front desk to the food staff was welcoming, inclusive and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone that wants to be treated like royalty!

Great experience! Gorgeous facilities, great meeting space. Rooms were nice, bed was very comfy! Great outdoor spaces to rest & rejuvenate! Meals and snacks were simply amazing! All Staff were so kind & helpful! They consistently went the extra mile to make the conference & arrangements were superior!

Wonderful experience The staff was kind and attentive. Matthew in the dining area was extremely attentive of my food allergies while I was in attendance of a conference here. Highly recommend the stay as the property is well maintained and just a hop and skip from NYC.
